SHRIMP AND CAULIFLOWER CHOWDER

Nothing soothes your soul better than a hot cup of chowder on a cold  January night. Enjoy our recipe with a twist. Shrimp and Cauliflower chowder.
Gather your ingredients for our shrimp and cauliflower chowder. Packed with a ton of essential veggies!
1 pack of raw, peeled shrimp (about 70 shrimp) 2 tbs unsalted butter (we use Earth Balance) 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 onion, diced 2 carrots, peeled & diced 2 stalks celery 1/4 cup all-purpose wheat flour (or regular, we use wheat) 4 cups vegetable broth 1 cup milk (we use almond milk . . . gives it a nice nutty flavor)  1 head cauliflower, roughly chopped 1/2 head broccoli, roughly chopped 1 bay leaf sea salt & fresh black pepper Tony Chacere’s low sodium cajun seasoning (optional but amazing)  2 tbs chopped fresh parsley
