Vegan "Monkey Dump" Cookies

Vegan Monkey Dump Cookies I don't understand the phrase "you can't have your cake and eat it too" ... have you ever had cake and not eaten it? Not likely, and if so, your will power is phenomenal! I believe you CAN have your cake and eat it too .... even if you live by a vegan diet. Now in this case it would be cookies .... but you get my point. Healthy can be yummy too! I'm about to introduce you to PieceByPaz's very own "Monkey Dump" Cookies. They are filled with chocolate, peanut butter, banana goodness no monkey can resist! And the best part? They are chalked full of nutritious and delicious ingredients fit for anybody's eating habits, even vegans! "MONKEY DUMP" COOKIES STEP 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grind the oatmeal and Nature's Path Choco Chimps in a food processor to the consistency of flour. STEP 2: Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Dry ingredients STEP 3: Melt down the wet ingredients (Banana, Almond Butter, Almond Milk) on the stove until one liquid consistency. IMG_3836 STEP 4: Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients. IMG_3842   STEP 5: Roll dough into a ball form and place on non stick baking sheet. We sprayed it with nonstick olive oil spray. IMG_3844 The flatten them out...
